A programmer [tuner] is all you need.

Diablosport is the easiest way. You don't need injectors unless you're going forced induction or stroker engine as the stock injectors can be scaled up quite a bit with a tune.

A tuner is the way to go. SCT or Diablo will work and HP Tuner is also available.

Definitely dont need bigger injectors. Even will full bolt ons, ported heads, and bigger cam, my stock injectors dont have any problem keeping up with the extra airflow.

Diablo tuner with custom tuning definitely gets my vote.

When did HP get into MoPar?

They've been in for about 1.5 years and have been getting a lot more attention in the last year as people become more familiar with the system. The lack of transmission tuning were a downside for a while but they now offer tuning for the 545rfe and the same limited NAG1 tuning everyone else has.
I'm now running HPT on my truck and it's been a night and day difference on how easy it has been to tune. Diablo had tables that had to be unlocked but could only be done by them, there's no map smoothing, and CMR is not the friendliest program to use. The biggest benefit of Diablo is the ease of a handheld tuner that can hold multiple tunes where HPT needs the laptop but I've found that HPT can do a lot more with the program than CMR can without being reliant on DS to unlock stuff.
