yeah the 22"s help fill in the wheel well but the 305/45 actaully made it sit a little higher.

im running 305/40 on the front now and they are 1" shorter overall. i can tell a difference.

Yeah that's what I figured. When I eventually get 22's... if I do. I want them to sit how your truck sits. That's so damn gorgeous man! Im almost there =P

I think, it being a 4X4, it was a little higher than normal 2X4 trucks. Is this true? Never really compared.

Trup, no doubt the 2wd start out lower. My 2wd was lower than the other 2wd's when new.Strange how the trucks vary one to the other,

Yeah no kidding. Guess that's what makes them unique. Just hard to find the perfect drop height I want. Ill have to mess around with the shackle silverbullet is sending me and the torsion bars.

I have found making things shorter is much easier than making things longer generally speaking. Post a picture of the link with it's deminsions.

If the link is straight with polyurethane bushings on both ends it is simple to make using a piece of all thread, small diameter tubing or pipe, four nuts and the bushings with washers. Determine the length you want and cut the tubing to that length. Slid the all thread into the tubing, leaving enough thread sticking out both ends to assemble the bushings. Assemble for fit, disassemble to paint, assemble and tighten, then add lock nuts or use nylon lock nuts.
