Hey guys. I'm a little new on here. I bought a 2015 dodge ram about a month ago. I noticed about a week after buying the truck that it pulls to the left a little. I thought it was an alignment issue. Since the dodge dealer my way has a horrible reputation for service. I went to a friend of the families shop where they checked the truck. They said the alignment was slightly off and they adjusted it but the real problem is my front driver side tire. The service manager said that the reason its pulling to the left is from "radial tire pull" and to take it to Dodge to have it fixed under warranty. Is there a cause for concern?I don't know much about cars/trucks so I'm not sure what it is exactly. I was thinking about getting nicer all terrain tires anyway, but I'm leaving for North Carolina in a few weeks and don't want any issues to happen along the way with my truck.

What I would do is avoid the dealer. Swap it with one of the tires on the rear and it should fix the problem until you get all terrains. No harm will come to the truck just a flaw in the tire that happens sometimes.

I would have the dealer replace it under warranty so when you get new tires you have a nice lightly used set to sell and make a few bucks from. Sold my factory take-offs for $350. Helped offset the cost of the new tires.

I thought the same thing. I'd just feel guilty someone getting a bum tire though

Swap it to the other side and if it's the problem the truck should then pull to the other side.

If the turns out to be the cause you could try to get the dealer to replace it. If not swap it to the rear and there's a good chance when you rotate the problem will be gone once the tread wears a bit.

I just had this come up on a new set of tires on my wife's Honda Odyssey and after running the offending tire on the back for about 8K miles it was fine.

Yea i'm just glad its an easy fix. I want to get a nice all-terrain. something aggressive but not over the top. I like the stock rims. I just really want some better tires.

I wouldn't sell a bum tire either. That's why I said I'd make the dealer replace it with a new tire. When I got my Titan in 2012 they replaced 3 of the original tires because they were out of round and vibrated the truck. Ram should do the same for you if you have a bad tire.
