All of a sudden one day my 2013 ram radio messed up. It can’t connect to XM, says “Service Loading” and never loads, it can’t connect to my phone Bluetooth, the Uconnect button is gone and when I turn off the car all the presets on the radio reset.

Help Please

Which radio do you have? If it's the 8", you can try a reset:

Step 1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN) **For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal**
Step 2) Hold down the volume and tuner knob buttons, at the same time, for thirty seconds (or until the screen goes black and restarts).
Step 3) Let go of the buttons
Step 4) Turn vehicle off
Step 5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds
Step 6) Close door
Step 7) Restart vehicle
Step 8) Let the media centre load up and see if concern is still present

I tried that and nothing happened. What should I try next?

Just fixed it. Held down hot and cold buttons, launched the service menu and did the reset from there. That worked.

Thanks for reporting back. It might help someone with the same problem later when they find your thread.
