Look... a heard of babies. Go cry to where it matters. Not on a thread where you can bully a shop/tech/advisor or dealer on the internet because you feel "wronged". If the dealer your obviously taking it to can't fix your issues, why would you go back? Go somewhere else and be smart about it. Don't be a ********

Do you also go to the same ****** restaurant that serves ****** food and then ***** about it and then Go back again in thinking it's gonna be different and somehow better and it's the same ****** food again so you ***** about it again? Cause that's what I feel like most people do. You ***** just to ***** and don't do anything to change it expecting other people to change their ****** ways. Learn a lesson, move on and get the hell over it

You sir are a POs and if you maintain cars, the same way you speak to people or customers, I hope you don't kill anyone.

If you ever worked for me on an aircraft, I wouldn't ever let you touch it and you would spend your days in the snack bar or cleaning offices.

With how much you I'm sure whine and complain, I wouldn't want to work for you anyways. So all is well. I hope the OP gets his truck fixed at some point. I'll end my posting here. You won't here anything else from me. Y'all have fun.

I apologize for jacking your thread up, but I just couldn't read any more of that BS he was spouting.

I hope the AG gets this figured out for you and your truck actually gets fixed like it should, oh and my winch for my spare tire works with my 295/70R17.

Nothing to apologize for. I was shocked to see if went from like 78 posts to 130 in a day. Haha

Well you must be one unhappy person...

Also, I didn't just ***** and moan. If you pulled your head far enough of of your A*S to breath for 2 seconds you would see that I contacted the AG, BBB, RAM and contacted the director of the dealership to make sure this **** didn't happen to anyone else or happen again.

You would also see i am NOT taking it to the same dealer.

If I called a customer and told them I was turning them off for not completing a survey with a satisfactory score- I would be on massive reprand or with out a job-
I dunno why someone who is a "service tech" at a dealer is even on here pointing fingers or making statements. It's up to the service manager to ensure customers are 100% satisfied, That's why their are surveys, and that's why there is a manager who handles them and not a tech who his handed the work order. However the service tech can sway the customers opinion if he ends up enteracting with the customer, but it can also go the other way.

Any more progress with the ag?

Nothing yet. Still in Alaska and didn't hve time to call today.
May give them a call in the morning. From what I read on the website though I don't think they mediate for me. But the website wasn't very helpful. I might have to actually call up the dealer or RAM idk.

That is illegal if it wasn't the AG wouldn't have said i had a case...

For clarity's sake, when you all post "AG" we're meaning Attorney General, correct?

I was raised that no matter what you are doing, how big or small it is, you always put your full heart into it and see it through.

The word you're all looking for is "Professionalism" and as we all know, there's some serious lack of it these days.

Props for standing your ground, can't wait to hear you're all dialed back in and GLWT because yes, definitely hold them to standards because who knows how many others have simply rolled over and been happy to just get out with a cup of coffee and a crusty snack bar, THAT THEY HAD TO PAY FOR.

Side note, how many "grown up" 33 year olds with a screen name like jotin who's driving an older silver or white single cab Ram working on his boss's Mopar restoration in McKinney, Texas can there be? Should be pretty easy to narrow down?

Mr. jotin,

You're embarrassing yourself and the industry.

Honestly son, think for just one damned minute here.

Let's put it this way if you can't. It's that easy to track how you've identified yourself with the quoted posts, don't you think just for one minute that the RamCares Team also has, and that info is now in the hands of the Manufacturer Rep, you know, that Man or Woman who deals with your Boss's Boss? Hell, I can just imagine how quick you hide (if it's a CJDR Dealer) when Mrs. Wolford comes in.

Have an awesome day snowflake.

Yeah Guys, I finally was inspired to fire back. Bdersch, if you're ever headed out to the West Coast message me, I'll buy ya a beer/soda, just to show you there are those of us in the industry with professionalism and credibility because at this point the least you deserve is a drink.

Excellent point man. RamCares is all over this forum and bound to see that their values do not align with each other (assuming he does work to CJDR)

Even if not there's only so many dealerships in McKinney where a SvcMgr is restoring a Mopar. All one has to do is inquire here and there, hell, even if it's a local engine shop who machined the heads or squared out the block. The Mopar Restoration Community isn't so big that the 7 Degrees of Kevin Bacon don't apply. :roflsquared:

Thank you good sir.

I always appreciate a response that involves calling someone a snowflake.

I'm standing strong and would love to look you up for a beer someday. Keep doing you and I promise you will have customers that come back time and time again.

I really wish I was like people on this forum who loves their dealership and gloat about it and do everything through them since they are good. Hopefully this next dealer will be that.
