Rambox lid plastic

Anyone else having problems with the rambox plastic. Truck has 1k on it and my plastic has white dots on it I can' seem to get out. Any suggestions??

Sorry, just couldn’t resist!
I’m on my third truck with the Rambox option and not ever had this happen. Over 50,000 on the 1st! 40,000 on the 2nd, and MY18 has over 6,000 miles. Do love the Rambox. Have you had a dealer give it a look?

Did it get sprayed with something that could have caused that? It would be interesting to see a picture of what you're describing. My 2017 Rebel with the Rambox doesn't have any discoloration on it (so far).

Doesn’t the black fade?

Saw a video the solution was take a torch to the plastic and it brings back the black......no joke

I saw that too, but that was for the black faded bumper pad on the top surface of the bumper. I think the OP box top is painted
