i have sent her a pm about whats going on with my truck, will let everyone know how it turns out. So far they seem way more helpful than service dept. I am dealing with.

She's posted some useful information in several threads and offered to be a direct link for resolving issues.

I don't know if anyone has taken her up on her offers of assistance but she has definitely chimed in on issues that are customer service related.

I can tell you that she helped get my issue to the right person to see. I was getting screwed around with for weeks with the Ram customer care associates and a local dealership. I made contact with Erica who was able to get my issue to the right person to get it resolved. It's still on going but she helped a lot. Of course though, every situation is different so your results may vary.

On the a Jeep forum or two (Grand Cherokee sections at least) that I am a member of, there is a JeepCares rep that has been very helpful. There have been at least a few cases where they provided direct assistance and got stubborn dealerships, that were giving someone the run-around, to actually resolve the issue(s).
