I have one used 3 times . comes with everything .. drop receiver , head , ball , bars , sway bar ..ect .. its rated for 10k pounds .
For towing ... if you tow and the ass of the truck sags this takes off the toung weight and lifts the rear back up .
system new was 700 bucks .. 300 bucks plus shipping its all yours ..
