I need opinions

I have a flowmaster muffler. I am adding BBK shorty headers and I am on the fence about deleting the resonators. I dont want massive drone where you cant have a conversation in the cab. One is everyone's thought on deleting the resonators.

Thanks

Yeah, I wouldn't do it because the drone will definitely get bad with that setup.

There's no compromise in leaving them on. They aren't restrictive and they do remove most of the drone.

I had a flowmaster installed on my last Ram with the resonators deleted, no drone as long the MDS was not engaged.

Kinda off the subject but on...so I'm in the process of the exhaust manifold bolt nightmare...all 5 broken bolts extracted drivers side 3 and passenger side 2...here's what my set up is going to be...long headers with new y pipe and Flowmaster super 10 muffler....question is am I gonna get codes and does it need tuned after the switch to long tubes?

Going to need to be tuned for best performance & to avoid codes.

That was for the second one. First, I deleted mine, louder and can’t hear **** in the cab.
Sounds like mine when I did long tubes and straight pipe. [emoji51] It was hella louder than I thought it would be. First time I hooked a trailer to it I went about 15 mins and was tired of that noise. Ordered me a stainless muffler off amazon right then lol

Also you can get away with deleted cats if you get the thread in O2 sensor extension. It pulls the sensor our if the exhaust stream tricking it to think cats are still in.. 15 bux on Amazon.

Foulers? I have those, off Amazon.......lasted me a few days and the money light came on.
Oh that's odd. I've had mine on over a year and no worries. That's weird. Mine are about 2 inches long though.
