Transmission and torque converter would be the big ones. I have been fortunate in that my stock transmission has lasted over a year, others haven't been so lucky...just depends on how much you get in it. However, I should be picking the truck up from the shop tomorrow from getting the transmission, torque converter, headers, and exhaust installed.

Tools, get cold plugs, antifreeze for sc, a/f gauge, and boost gauge.

I already had shorty headers, torque converter and gears.

Tranny did not last too long so had it rebuilt by L&M Customs (Mike "MGH" on dt . com). I added a deep pan (diesel tranny) from MOES PERFORMANCE that holds 4 more qts of tranny oil.

How much was the rebuild? And how is the tranny holding up now. Do they put stronger clutches in it. What about the gearing?

Be ready to do a trans in time. If you drive sensibly (but who does that with a spercharger) the trans will last, but if you're like the rest of us, then you'll roast the trans. I'm also running the L&M trans, mine's been in for a year now and it's holding up to the supercharger fairly well especially considering how much I've been abusing the drivetrain while tuning the truck.

A torque converter is a good upgrade at the same time as well, stall would depend on your intended application and driving habits.

I would say a long tube header system is a must. If you keep to the 'stock' RIPP tune then you won't need much else, but if you start looking for more power then you'll be in complete custom territory and will need custom tuning. I would recommend Josh @ HHP since he already does the trans programming for Mike, but there are several other tuners who are amazing with the hemis when it comes to boost.

Get in touch with Mike and he'll go through what he does to the trans and you can discuss pricing. He does not offer a warranty, so keep that in mind.
