From what I understand the 10-48 is for the 2013+ trucks with the electric steering rack and the 20-820 is for the 2009-2012 trucks.

I put the 20-820 on my 2013. Its the size of the original that came on my truck from the factory. HEMI 395 is correct with his statement about the filters.

10-48 is the right one, but I guess other guys are making the other one work. Let us know how it works when you put it on.

My truck came with the bigger filter from the factory and its a 2013. No difference in oil pressure between the two types at least on my truck. I'm going with the 10-48 for warranty purposes, I don't want them to deny warranty because I used the "wrong" filter.

Yea it's kinda were I'm at especially since I bought the extended warranty 6yr 60,000 mile so I'm doing that dance with everything I get for the truck which is why it's not lowered yet I'm still researching all my options on that cause I hate not being able to do what I want but knowing I have a vehicle come hell or high water for the next 6 + years is a lot better then a lowering kit well maybe lol

Did you do the install yourself ?
Thanks in advance for a response !

I'm ordering the RP 10-48 & Redline 5W -30 for my first oil change and I'll be changing my oil each December. ..

I've been using the 20-820 since my first oil change on a 2014. Just completed my 4th oil change - no problems. Is bigger better or is the difference too small to matter?
