I can program my 2018 Ram to open the garage door. The other remotes still work but I can't get the keypad to work anymore....if I reprogram the keypad then the home link opener will not work

If your garage door is newer, you have to push the learn button on the opener

Most garage door openers have a limit to how many remotes you can program. Once you reach your max, if you program another, they will "delete" or forget one of the others. My best guess is that this is happening for you. Not sure on the newer ones (my new house is still under construction), but on my old garage door at the house I sold (opener from 2001 or so), four was the limit.

After you train the truck using an existing (already working/programmed) remote, you still have to "train" the garage door opener itself to allow your truck's signal. Did you do both? The process for the opener to learn a new remote varies from opener to opener, you'd have to look up the manual for precise instructions.

Yes Gunner I trained the HomeLink from the remote both work no problem that is not the issue. The problem is the keypad will then not work. I will delete everything as Jason said and startover

Yep, my garage door opener only allows 4 remotes to be programmed before it starts kicking them out.

Thanks stimpy .....the HomeLink was the 5th device. I have 1 programmed remote I don't use so I will clear all devices as start again It sounds like that will work.
Thanks all for your replies
