Small dent in rear bumper

I accidentally backed into my neighbors car. My insurance fixed it, but I never bothered to get the small dent in my rear bumper fixed.

How to paintless repair services do it? Just pour boiling water on it or something? Kind of hard to see in this pic, but it's on the right side.

The bumper is thicker than body sheet metal. I don’t think PDR will work on a bumper.

PDR will not work on that but a torch and a bearing press might. Cheaper to buy a replacement bumper and have it painted.

I had a one inch dent someone put in my rear bumper. I installed a slide in trailer hitch with three balls. No more problem. Go ahead, try and put a dent in my rear bumper.
