So I am getting Line-X put in next week. Should I Line-X the bed only and leave the bed caps on or should I take the caps off and line-X the top of the bed rail? Suggestions?

I'd definitely leave them on. There's a bunch of holes in the top where the clips insert that hold the caps on. So the line-x won't fill those and you'll end up with a bunch of holes in the top.

Good to know, I wasn't sure what was under there. Thanks!

Most spray in liner places will tell you they wont do a 'over rail" on this body style dodge truck because of all the holes in the bed rail for mounting the plastic covers.
