Sub upgrade

Any drop in sub upgrades out there that improve the bass a little on the factory alpine stereo? Not looking for glass shaking bass, just a bit deeper then stock. Anything out there?

I have an 8 inch alpine sub in my stock enclosure. I needed to build a wooden ring to raise the sub out of the box about 3/4 inch. I hooked an amp to mine no idea if it would have worked with stock wiring. I had the stock fold flat floor. I needed to prop that up slightly

Not yet. A simple is the Kicker HS10, powered 10"
