Swapping Rams two mirrors

Is there anyone who knows if you can put mirrors from a Ford on the Ram. I absolutely hate the mirrors on the Ram and love the pull out mirrors on my Fords. I like the truck but whoever came up with having spotter mirrors vertical must have been on crack and leaving them hanging that far out when not towing is another story. S/F

Very doubtful the mounting bolts would line up. Wiring would be different too, but you could splice those after figuring out powerflow. Cosmetically they probably wouldn't line up to Ram's body line either. I agree, I added factory tow mirrors to mine & the convex mirrors suck when you don't have them out. I am not a Ford Fan but their mirror design looks like it works great!
