Yeah you are, lol. I got the radio from Rhino radios, they're also looking into it. I've not heard of a 5 speed fan, but I've also not looked at anything in 2013 Rams as mine is 2014. I had 4 speed (but now have 7 speed conversion). I'm going to open up my radio tonight or tomorrow to put in lockpick module, so will get picks of the original climate controls harness and pins to compare.Lol, I think I'm helping your buyer now. Where did you buy it from and what was the factory radio in your truck?

Interesting. Here's what a 2014 7 speed looks like...#############
to better understand here's the back of the oem AC block where the two plugs were connected the black and white

I believe Ram Lo might actually be the correct setting for you and I believe you have a 4 -speed fan.
I'd like you to set it back to Ram Lo and and afterwards use the pinhole reset on the front to reboot.

Can you take a picture of your on screen AC controls? I'd also like to see a picture of the screen where you select the protocol. Finally a third picture of your CANBUS adapter (a little red or black box that came with the radio and is plugged in the back.#################################
Selected Ram Lo / Ch* with Bagu - saved and rebooted then once it started used the pinhole and did another reboot. AC controls are still dead nothing changed.
I told you that if I get it running I will keep itJust let me know what should I do. BTW my truck should be the same with your in its original config. there was virtually no difference between 2013 to 2014 ... look at your old AC block the part number should be the same as the one in the picture

Blue box I thinkCan you take a picture of your on screen AC controls? I'd also like to see a picture of the screen where you select the protocol. Finally a third picture of your CANBUS adapter (a little red or black box that came with the radio and is plugged in the back.

Ok, it appears there is no signal passing across your CANBUS. Are there dipswitches on your red CANBUS adapter?
No dipswitches on the outside and since it is somehow transparent it appears none inside either. Here are the pictures of all steps to get to the protocol.Ok, it appears there is no signal passing across your CANBUS. Are there dipswitches on your red CANBUS adapter?

Ok under the system settings menu there should be two places for the baudrate. I the setting for both should be 38400. Is that what they are set to?the instrument cluster sees the radio is playing it doesn't see the frequency, the radio sees when the door is open so some canbus goes through
Sorry, there's another hidden menu. If you go to the system info screen and press (and hold) on the information window for 5 seconds a password screen will appear. Enter 7890.I don't have a baud rate in sys settings or anywhere else. Attached is the scrn from sys settings
