Kinda jumped the gun on my finished pics of handles lol so here's the process if anyone wants to see. Sanded them all down bare, scrubbed them with 3M scuff it (this stuff is amazing btw,) sprayed 1 dust coat of adhesion promoter followed by 3 wet coats, 3 wet coats of primer, sanded with 800 then wiped down with prep spray, paint and then 5 coats of clear I believe I did. Being door handles I did my best to ensure the paint will bond as best it can and heavy clear. Got away with hardly any peel at all.

Deleted the pics of them first sanded but I know they are posted in here already like that somewhere

And because I have a issue with constantly wanting louder lol I picked up this turn down since I welded my turn down to the muffler. Gunna slap this baby on right off the Y [emoji23] see how no muffler sounds

Lol I'm hoping So! I've got so used to the headers already I hardly even notice them driving around so wanna spice things up a bit. Just in time for moving into my new neighborhood [emoji23]

lol Its a damn turn down i aint paying for a mandrel bent turn down lol this ******* was 9 bucks. The turndown welded on my muffler is a food grade SS mandrel bend haha but that was free from my old job.

If i didnt have to do inspections i would have gone no cats, but for sure when i pull in the booth they would smell no cats lol

NIIIIICE!! just one can of clear did 5 nice wet coats on all 4 handles and tailgate handle and still had enought to probably do 1 more coat to them all. One can will be good for the handles

Yeah i have the KOOKS high flow cat'd mid pipe to go with the LT's, all piping is 2.5"

Yeah i have the KOOKS high flow cat'd mid pipe to go with the LT's, all piping is 2.5"

What's the diameter after the y-pipe? It should be bigger since it's a 2 into 1 area. 3.5" in order to handle dual 2.5" pipes, to be exact.

It doesnt work like that, to open and your back pressure goes to hell in a hand basket. Imagin blowing as hard as you can through a 1" tube, you could get some decent smooth force going out, then try it with a 4" tube, you got nothing
