The little plastic spoiler

What do you call the little plastic piece of the top of the tailgate?? Any idea where I can pick up a replacement or aftermarket piece? I let my buddy borrow my truck and he slammed the piece down on top of a trailer handle he was towing!

I just call it a tailgate spoiler. They can usually be found on ebay, but I think they run around 90 bucks, sometimes they come up for sale on the forum tho. I think our vendor 3rd strike carries them also.
