IDK if mine is fake or not but it is mine. No stickers or tire tread seat but it does have cooled seats. That helps with the trucker but I get on the road trips.

There's a dealership in Colorado selling two (2) to three (3) 2018 "Power Wagons" for $43K and $44K. Several of the off road features which are unique to the Power Wagon appear to be omitted from within their vehicle specifications.

I have shopped once at this dealership with my son in late 2015.

Did you look at the pictures? It’s a tradesman PW. Has PW wheels, winch, shocks, floor shifter for TC, locker/SB knob cluster on the dash.

The goofy stickers and tire tread seats are pretty much last on the list of things that make a PW, they just happen to be the easiest to look for.

Yeah, he’s poking fun at people who think “real” Power Wagons must have stickers.

This thread turned into man nipples and real vs fake Power Wagons. I wouldn’t let your feathers get too ruffled over anything going on in this dumpster fire thread.

Yes, McBroom in humor unless otherwise misunderstood, I posted a toy truck with the Power Wagon decals. Sorry, that it got you riled. I also had posted earlier today a $43K 2018 Ram 2500 which claims too that it is a Power Wagon. Yet all of the features other than the 33 inch off road tires and locking differential (rear only?) aren't even listed. The sublime green Power Wagon is quite real and if you help purchase it and it gets debadged afterwards it will always be a Power Wagon. It's great that you are helping someone purchase a real Power Wagon. Buyer beware of Poser Wagons of which I believe are being sold.

BTW, my wife and I purchased a Chevrolet Z71 in 1995 at a Denver Chevrolet dealership, but except for the Z71 decals it was a poser. The Z71 option was not listed in the glove box list of manufacturer codes. It was too late when I found out. My wife still loved it, but it did not come with the Bilstein shocks, skid plates, etc. Cost me money to make it right. Never liked the 3.42 gear ratio. Needed the 3.73 or 4.10.

If you know what’s included on the Power Wagon, you won’t be fooled. It’s all listed on the build sheet, and you can’t order “Power Wagon” stuff a la carte, so if the build sheet says Power Wagon option group, it’s a PW. It’s also obvious in the normal exterior/interior photos put on dealer websites, even if you can’t go see the truck in person.

Maybe there are dealers out there adding Power Wagon stickers or wheels as dealer add-ons, but if a buyer is so clueless that they only look for stickers..... caveat emptor?

Didn’t get me riled up. I’m just misunderstood. My thoughts say one thing and my fingers type something stupid and hateful a lot of times when it’s not meant to sound that way.
I apologize for sounding butt hurt. I’m not.
My sense of humor is something dark and crude. I’m a career Marine (retired). But some things never change.
That’s not an excuse for me being me. Lol
I might have slight turrets issues too.

How about a road trip. Down and back.
Be sure to get the max care lifetime warranty. It’s worth the money and there’s lots of discounts for them too.
