Tinted windshields?

Hey guys im getting my windshield tinted next week 35%
I was wondering if any of y'all have tinted windshields...

have you ever had the shield tinted? I had an old car tinted 35% and seriously regretted it on non-lit roads at night. My last car was 55% on the shield and it was perfect. Plan to do the same to the Ram.

I personally havent,but i have been in peoples at night. I have that lightbar so,i got the light haha. But I understand what your saying,if i dont feel safe im going to take it off.

I just did mine 50% the day after i picked it up, seriously reduces glare and look great... sorry no pics as of yet! I do agree that I've had 35% on my windshields before and it is a bit dark at night. Plus until they find us a HID solution for the 15's I'm suffering with these crappy halogens in my projectors!!

Did 35% full front on my Jeep and it was a pain at night with factory halogens. nice during the day though but got a warning ticket about 3 months in so had it removed. Have 50% full windshield on my Ram but rarely drive it much any more.

Had 30% on my 02, looked great stayed cool and really was not that bad at night.

This has to be one of the most dangerous and stupidest mods I could imagine. To intentionally reduce your visibility by that much is just ridiculous. The partial ones are absurdly annoying. I'm 6' tall and every one I've been in stops right in the middle of my field of vision. I have light blue eyes and light bothers me, I wear sunglasses all the time, and I wouldn't even consider this.

45% on mine or something like that. It's not quite 35. I'll have to ask my guy.

I love it though. Night itsn't too bad.

I have never had a problem seeing at night on back roads. But then again thats why i kept the center clear. kindda the best of both words. No glare off the hood in the daytime, but can still see perfectly at night.

Buddy of mine has 50% on the whole windshield on his 3500, and that's just about the sweet spot. Good visibility at night and blocks sun well during the day. I'm probably going to do the same on mine
