2016 2500 with 112xxx miles. Had since new. Has about 12xxx miles of towing.
All routine maint up to date.

I seen and read many posts on this. Has anyone actually had bad wiring and not been the actuator or turbo? I just have the single code no others and seems to be intermittent. No loss of performance yet, with or without the check engine light. EB and boost working well.
Only other random issues are the, See Dealer for the DEF and gives me the 150 mi count town to limp mode. Usually goes away after a few miles. Also is doing more regens, probably once a month. Typical regen time is 5-10min.

3 years ago I did have a rat or something chew some wiring that didn’t allow it to start. Dealer did a factory approved repair for that and been no prob since.

Appreciate any advice

U010C is most commonly an actuator code. You can try moving the actuator arm by hand to confirm range of motion.

If you're beginning to get the limp mode countdown, something in the emissions system is about to give up the ghost. I would be more concerned with that than anything else. Either find it and fix it, or remove it.

If it is the actuator, City Diesel makes the best plug and play replacement unit - however you have to verify (they have great instructions) the vanes on the turbo itself are good, because sometimes it is the actual turbo that is bad - very common over 100k-ish miles on the actuator
