Uconnect display not working correctly.

Hello,

My Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7 Sport 2014 radio/Uconnect display have stopped working since a month back. It works in the morning when I start it up, but after a while it turns dark and only displays the logo "RAM" and so it can continue for five minutes to an hour and then suddenly it works again.

Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, what do I need to do? I have tried some sort of reset for it and also taken the power cables out for a while. Is there any more reset I can do? Do I need to replace the whole radio?

Check for any updates on the U connect website. If it’s up to date then you need a new radio. There’s not anything you can really do to repair them other than software updates.
