I have a 2013 SLT and have added heated/cooled leather seats -- everything was pre-wired so it was plug-and-play.

i have used AlfaOBD to add the touchscreen controls for the seats, and they work great....but I am having trouble adding the hard switches.

I purchased a complete switch bank out of a Laramie that already had all the buttons I needed for the seats heating and cooling, and just replaced my existing switch bank with that one -- but it doesn't work -- it doesn't light up, and nothing happens when I press the switches.

I thought maybe that set of switches was faulty...so I tried a new set but that didn’t work either.

What am I missing here -- how do I know which is the right switch bank that will work with my truck.

My understanding is that 2013 is all by itself for that panel. Is yours specifically for a 13? I have one if u need it. Was having an issue with my heated seats and replaced mine thinking it was possibly the switch panel. It was not the problem.

As Noneck stated you need a switch panel for a 2013. For some reason the 14 to 18 switch panel will not work in the 2013 trucks. I reccomend contacting Benny at Allmoparparts.com in the vendor section and tell him what you need. He will get you set up with the correct switch panel for your truck. He stays up to date with all the mods and upgrades we are doing.
