You are going to have a few issues with installing a used PCM. It's just not a simple swap like it used to be. If you install a used PCM it will have a different SKIM OIN programmed in it. Your truck won't start. It will start and die because the PIN does not match the truck.

I would be looking at some of the online companies who sell PCM's and program the VIN, Miles and SKIM PIN to match your VIN.

Make sure the seller flashes it with your VIN, mileage and SKIM PIN to match that VIN as @Fast69Mopar said.

I had to get one for my '99 1500 and got it from carcomputerexchange dot com

They flashed it properly and it was plug and play. Your old PCM becomes an exchange back to them.

I meant to ask you earlier, why does your truck need a PCM? What type of problems are you experiencing?
