2014 6.4 water pump pulley is wobbling and making noise. Thought I found and saved a video where the intake was NOT removed to replace the water pump. Can't find it now even after searching for at least an 1.5+ hours.

Anyone done it? Seen the video?

Intake, as in the air intake manifold bolted to the top of the motor? Not sure why anyone would remove that to do a water pump. I removed the air box and the hose that goes to the manifold, because it takes less than a minute and gives you way more room to work.

Are you referring to something else? I'm not sure what the air intake and water pump have to do with each other.

yes the intake on top of the motor. the aluminum tube that runs from the top of the water pump to the egr cooler, from the videos I've watched, is a ***** to remove from the water pump. THe only way it seems is to remove the intake to get to the screw and hose clamp to get it out. From what I've seen, the 5.7 doesn't have that tube but the 6.4 does. can see it in the clip I attached. https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkxz_OomRnAtzFZswAlcXdXXLXJeeNQ7PD6?si=ZYFURBygYnSI5YJp

There is a aluminum tube on 6.4 hemi that feeds the egr cooler that the 5.7 doesn't have. seen in this clip https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkxz_OomRnAtzFZswAlcXdXXLXJeeNQ7PD6?si=ZYFURBygYnSI5YJp
Be a good chance to look your EGR cooler over,as they do corrode and go south, plus it'd be a good time to wash out the inside of the intake manifold, and clean up the intake ports, and replace the O-ring gaskets. The intake manifold is pretty easy to remove on a hemi. It'd also be a good time to flush /clean your injectors.

cooler looked fine although I did replace the hoses as they were rock hard. probably should have taken the time to clean the injectors but was already taking way too long as I added doing plugs and hoses and ball joints and wheel bearings. re-routed the coolant filter hoses as well.

I did have to pull the intake, the cooler hose was frozen into the water pump.

side note, it was clearly not the third or fifth time someone was in there. all the red clips were broken and one of the intake bolts was still floating and wasn't pushed down to engage the threads.

These intake manifolds are self loosening, these need to be checked for tightness, probably about every oil change.
108 inch pounds .

all the other bolts were tight. there was one literally pulled up so that the smooth part of the bolt had 1.5" showing.
