Weird thing kinda happening

Issue im having is right when i leave my driveway my truck kinda spikes to a high RPM then just goes back to normal...kinda weird never really done that before...i do have 37's but like i said this is new.....i did recently swap to synthetic oil? thats about it.

Does it only do this when cold? How long has it been doing this? Any recent truck modifications Minor or large changes

umm ya recently got cold..canada...and started noticing it..i did put a pedal commander on but its off. and just the synthetic and intake, flowmaster exhaust.
