Wheel spacer or new wheels ?

I've just bought my truck. And for now I don't want to sell brand new rims for a cheap price.

Does the Wheel spacer do the job, or those are not good for the truck suspension ? I'm looking for something about 3/4" or 1".

Also if you have some picture of your truck with wheels spacer with stock rims, and tires.

You just trying to poke the wheels out some?

A 1" spacer will do that, you just have to worry about more stress on the wheel bearings, suspension components etc.. Not saying you will have problems, but it's not what the factory designed it for.
