I have been adding a quart of oil in between changes. I am not burning oil, changed the plugs and no oil on them, no oil on the ground, and no oil on or around the engine (heads, main/rear seals). Where else can I be using that much oil in between changes?

How often are you changing your oil? If it's not leaking anywhere, it's got to be burning it a little at a time. When was the last time your PCV valve was cleaned or replaced?

I don't know for sure whether it matters or not, as your question
still stands, but it might be helpful to know your current odometer reading,
your time interval between oil changes, and the number of miles between oil changes.

I tend to agree with @HuskerRam, you might be burning it, but at a rate slow enough that you don't see smoke or a wet tail pipe.

Try adding oil to the upper mark on your dipstick and then check it every 500 miles or so to get an idea of the rate of oil loss.

My 2014 5.7L is sitting a bit over 122,000 miles on the odometer, my oil was changed/filled about 1000 miles ago, and I have not lost any oil at all. I typically go 5,000 miles between oil changes and have never seen any oil loss, never had to add oil.

I was pretty confident that I would find oil on the plugs, but were clean. Guess it doesn't mean the vitton seals could be leaking a slowly. I will go from 6K to 5K on the oil change and check the PCV

1qt every 5k is normal 140k on my ram and every hemi I have ever worked on burns about the same amount I know others say they dont have that  regardlessanything over 5k oil changes is a terrible idea on a hemi or any modern engine also make sure your runing 5w30.

Manufacturers (albeit often trying to defend a problem) have even more generous criteria for "normal." I agree, a quart every change is nothing... even good for a truck with high miles and long change intervals, IMO.

I think the answer to OP's question is, as others have said, is that it's burning so slowly you can't see it.

I change my oil every 5k, I add about 1/2 quart in the middle of my oci, to get back to the full mark.
I end up using 7 1/2 quarts, run the bigger filter, when I change my oil and save the 1/2 to top off.
Currently a 105k, so I figure the amount the engine burns will increase as the mileage does.

Up to a quart every 1,000 miles falls into what Chrysler considers normal oil usage.
