wifi not working

2018 ram 1500 with the 8.4 inch screen.
i noticed my wifi doesnt work anymore. I have an active subscription and all that jazz but now i have n wifi.
When i check the app, i make sure the enable wifi is checked but it doesnt work. my phone cant find the signal and it doesnt show any bars on the radio showing that my wifi is working in my pickup.
also i noticed that my uconnect app (i have an active subscription) now wont start, lock, unlock my pickup either. is there a way to reset the system to see if it works?

Try this:

If you’re ready to reset your UConnect 8.4 system, follow the steps below:

1. Ensure your vehicle is in park and in “Run” mode.
2. Press and hold down the volume and tuner knob buttons at the same time.
3. Hold down the knobs for 10 – 20 seconds.
4. After holding down the knobs, the screen should flash your vehicle brand name and then go dark.
5. After a few moments the brand name will return, the system will reinitialize, and it will return you to the main UConnect screen.

The above instructions are for a soft reset of your UConnect 8.4 system, this type of reset will help with bluetooth connectivity issues, minor navigation issues, and minor glitches in the UConnect system without wiping your presets.

You have to have a subscription to the Sirius XM Guardian now. I called AT&T reset everything and was told it's a Uconnect issue. I just got out of a free trail of guardian and renuewd it. 5 mins later it started working again. All companies are going to the Apple way. You have to buy every bit separately for it to work. It's a real pain in the ****!!

The next Ram that i buy will have the lowest cost radio & then i will find a good radio on the Crutchfield site

I don't own a smart phone & i am not going to buy one so that i can get wifi.
I travel with my laptop & just about all coffee shops, motels, even restaurants have free wifi

I see pulling the fuse to reset, instead try disconnecting the negative battery terminal and achieved same result. Although it may reset everything just seems easier then digging behind the dash.
