How did you do this? Did you have to add the internal cabin temp sensor or what? I’d love to have single zone ATC.
The instructions are in the first post of this thread. Make sure you change it to Dual Temperature control first and the radio shows that then switch to Single.
You will need the cabin temperature sensor and windshield humidity sensor, get those from AllMoparParts.com
You will also need the wiring harnesses, you get those from M² Mods
There is also a completely optional Sun Senor part# 68230114AB
This is an older thread on how to do the mod, some of the information no longer applies and has been updated: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/ho...to-a-manual-temperature-control-truck.103456/

I did this mod a few years ago, one of my favorite mods. My only "complaint" is it slows the fan down more than I like but it works well.

Is the error turn signal or park light out? Running switchbacks can give park light out when parking lights are on and you hit the turn signal. On my 18 I gave up and installed 300 ohm resistors to provide a load when the switchback bulbs shut off park light because turn signal is on.

The dash says the blinker bulb is out.

Yup, sure am. But the blinker speed is normal on the exterior.

If park and turn are both enabled with alfaobd, try using each turn for 20-30 seconds then the 4 ways. Sometimes this helps the truck learn the led's.

Got a question and I’ve looked and looked and read probably 60 pages on the OBD thread.

Have they updated the List to include My20 for my 2019 2500 Hemi?

I’m attempting to do the TPMS change and Tire Size change this weekend and just wanna know if this has been verified for 2019+.

I have not tried to change tire size, but I can confirm the TPMS thresholds can be changed with AlfaOBD. I set them to 40 PSI. I got a flat the other day and it's been telling me to air them up to 40 PSI so it's working.

The PIN is required to modify tire pressure thresholds.
You could attempt that to see if successfully completed.
Good luck

I programmed my 2019 2500 TPMS without a pin and it is working.

I managed to get a 2020 classic cluster for my 2015 Laramie (2016 BCM) as I wanted to test a few things and also solve the radio station display issue with the UAQ upgrade.

The part number for the cluster is 68402202AA.

The issue I am running into right now is the odometer correction. The hours took without issue but the odometer correction does not want work on either windows or Android. Both complete fine but the mileage does not take.

As another aside, this cluster also tells me my blind spot monitoring is turned off even though it is turned on and the P flashes in park. I am not too worried about these though.

The big show stopper is the odometer correction. I am open to any and all ideas.

So I’m guessing the park signal comes from the tcm ?
In alpha when connected to the IP module and you enable the park led does it flash as well ?

I don't believe there is a test routine for the parking light. All other transmission positions display fine so I can live with the "P" flashing while in park if I can get the odometer correction to play along.

P flashing is normal on 2018+ cluster transplants. What OBD reader are you using?

I am using an OBDLink MX. Tried it with my Galaxy S9+ and with a surface pro 4 with the same results on both.
Have you tried with the key in different positions? 1 click instead of two or vice versa?

Yes, same results. Cluster resets a few times, then I let the truck sleep and come back to the same mileage as before.

I sent the debug logs to Alexey. Maybe the procedure needs to be updated for the 2019/2020 classic clusters.

My buddy has a 2017 truck that I may borrow to try the mileage update but that will have to wait until after he gets his corona test results back.

Did you have to do the RF Hub?

Also did you use the My20 Or 2017 Option?

Last thing I have to check is make sure the app is set to the MX as the reader you are using and the default Baudrate is set in the app (115200).

I remember someone bringing this up with the dev and his response was that the connection wasn't fast enough (or something along those lines)...

Funny you mention that, I just got a response back from Alexey on the debug logs I sent him last night:

Thank you for the logs. The mileage correction for 2019+ is in experimental mode yet. It looks it doesn't work over bluetooth because of too low communication speed.

I'm in contact with OBDLink to find a solution .

The odometer correction is very demanding to the interface communication speed, it is valid for the old cluster models too. It might work with the USB interface, OBDLink SX or EX is a good choice, with the Windows version of the app.

Per the recommendation from Alexey, I ordered an OBDLink EX USB adapter that should be faster but no guarantee it will work. I guess we will see tomorrow.

Are you entering the mileage correction in equivalent kilometers?

IIRC, it needs to be in kilometers.

HAL9000 does the math magic for mph.

In my case, it didn't matter what values I put in. The programming didn't work even though it completed all the steps.

After talking to the developer, I ordered a USB interface since the bluetooth interface seems to be too slow for the odometer correction, especially for the newer clusters.
