    odd start up and idle issue. Any help would be great

    So im not sure if its the battery or not... but upon start up it goes up to 1000 rpm.. then abit higher as if i have my foot on the peddle.. then drops slowly.. and as soon as I shift out of park.. it goes to about 3-400 rpm.. almost as if its about to bog out... I did a couple battery tests...

    what am i looking at?

    Installed the rears today to match the fronts... I torqued them to 100 ft.. is that good? Install went well after going on a goose chase to find a damn 21mm wrench... didn't have to take liners out or drill a hole.
