Have you checked your wiring? Start at the connector and look for any breaks or rubs that could be causing a ground.
I do have to ask how you arrived at the decision to replace your throttle. A symptom of P0352 does not include that.

We changed throttle body cause we did get code for throttle body sensor. Also got a knock sensor code also charged it.
Have checked all the wires no sign of rub.
Also now learned if we disconnect the battery it runs excellent for a few days then goes right back to rough idle… black smoke and stalling out.
So we are leaning toward engine control module.
