1500 to HD Conversion

I've searched everywhere to get answers to this but im having no luck and hope one of you all can help me.
I'm looking to do a HD front end swap on my 2016 1500. I've seen other people do it and love the 2500 look. SO what exactly would i need to do this? I know I need a bumper, grille, hood, and bumper brackets. Are the fenders the same on the 2? Any help would be appreciated!

Fenders are the same ... you will be doing some cutting and welding too ...
