i clocked the springs and it didn't make a difference, the rear end is angled back.

i guess i should buy the adjustable arms.

it doesn't look like the arms are hitting each other, i can't see any marks or anything

maybe i didn't do a good enough job aligning the relocation brackets and the adjustable arms can make that adjustment i need?

it really just looks like the axle is hitting the frame.
Where's it hitting the frame? Pics would help
If it's hitting the U shaped crossmember above the pumpkin, trim it till it clears

I'll have to check tomorrow
Did you ever remove the springs and jack the diff up to see where it's actually hitting things. That's the easiest way to find out where it doesn't have enough clearance.
Your pic in post #67 sure looks like the front of the lower locating arm might be contacting the upper locating arms mount. My eyes suck, but in the pic it looks like something has rubbed the dirt off the lower locating arm,and it looks to be directly in line with the front mount of the upper arm

You may have to put a set of Durango airlift 1000 bags in the springs. If the springs are bent it will not correct the bend but if they are being pushed forward it could address the problem since they will sit on the spring patch and go up

When you install the new arms, remove the springs /unbolt the lower shock mount, and jack the rear end up and see where you have clearance issues. It wouldn't be the first time i've seen the locating arms hit each other, and you need to do some trimming on the front mounts. When i had Cutter Ups heavy duty arms on my truck i had to mod the front mounts otherwise the arms hit each other, the other place to check,is the U shaped bracket above the center of the diff,it's also a known interferance point when you lower a 4th Gen. I'm not sure why you haven't already done that, but make a point of doing it when you install the new arms

Bracket Wild one is referring to
Mine had at least another 1”before the bracket would hit the diff when riding on 2” tall bump stops (6"+ drop)
Clearances get real close on a lot of things after that…

And if you do have to cut it, notch it don't completely remove. That's what I did to mine with a 6 inch drop in rear

These from bell tech. I cut the cups off, ground down any excess welding ****, used rivserts to plug the holes in the center of the old bump stop area, basically the frame, then threaded the bump stops in. The small hole in the frame is not deep enough for the rivsert to seat properly so you need to drill out the frame a bit till the rivsert will seat.

Took about fifteen minutes per side. I painted after the drilling and before the rivsert. Looks factory. I don't have my truck with me so I can't take a photo.

Thanks for the info
I did a similar version of your install but used the 2” tall Belltech bump stops and have 2”plus clearance at a 4” drop
You must be pretty close to riding on the bump stops with your 6” drop and the taller 4924’s?

I put everything on

I checked for anything hitting and I couldn't see it hitting anywhere

I put the new arms on with the 4" drop lengths and it was only a little bit better.

I put it on at 2" drop lengths and it looks a lot better

I drove it a little bit and it never slammed and I went over some nasty train tracks and one of those lame wide speed bumps that say bump all around them

Seems better but I need to drive it more

I have about 1.5 inches of clearance, I can load the truck and hit the bump stops if I want but rarely do as I also have the airlift 1000 air bags. It will still pull my 7x14 tandum trailer but it's nose up even with the bags

I hate to say it as I have not used those arms. I hope the left arm also has a mounting point for the e brake cables cause if it does your golden but if it doesn't then your ebrake mounting point is on your right arm as indicated in the photo.

In addition, I'm certain you probably have but need to Tighten up your adjustable nuts on the bars once you got them where you want them. They look loose in photo

Nice bars. Look like my cores
