anyone know where to get some OEM front springs? i bought some lowering spindles and need some oem springs. when i bought the truck it already had the lowering springs on it.

whenever i look up some they always say they are for 4wd i dont know if they interchange

Any place that's saying the 2X4 and 4X4 front springs interchange,run away from,and do it quickly,lol.
If you have a neighbour with a 4X4 go look at their struts and front springs,and it'll become pretty obvious they don't interchange

Looks like it says it fits your truck,and it looks like a front spring for a 2 wheel drive truck.
It's definitely not a front spring for a 4X4.
Post an actual link to the spring,for us guys to lazy to look it up

I'd say if you can get it and the matching other side spring,you better buy them,as it looks like they're discontinued

Did you check with your local dealer for the springs,another option is to search your local wreckers / market place / craigslist for somebody parting out a 2 wheel drive truck.
Your local dealer should be able to source both springs,or tell you if they have differant part numbers

Isn't that the backasswards way of doing things,i think i'd check first beforehand,but that's only me.
You got an issue with going to your local dealers parts department,hell i drop into my local parts department fairly often and visit with them,even when i don't need anything.

Think I’d do the same as him if he got the springs for $5/each

yah the dealership here is notoriously ****** like most people probably say most dealerships are.

i don't feel like sitting and waiting for them to figure it out which could take hours if they even do anything

i'm very busy and id rather waste $20 bucks then go to any dealership

My local dealership is very good at looking things up for me,or comparing prices.
But i make a point of knowing most of the employee's and visiting with them.
Hell i don't even have to say who i am when i phone them,they all know my voice,and name
But yea if you got the springs for 10 bucks,you're not out anything even if they're not right.

I was looking under the truck and I found this it must be hitting here still but only sometimes I guess

My 14 RT did the same thing. I had to remove the bolt, by taking the sway link down then raising the truck on the jack to allow access then put the bolt in from the other direction then reassemble everything. The bolt is too long and that is what is hitting. I also replaced the bracket holding the swaybar bushing and the bushing as mine had torn the bushing in half.
