hmmm. i dont know if i like this yet...

This is a great idea. but the opening for the winch on the steel plate doesnt have a bevel.. so come the time you need that winch at a weird angle its going to cut the line, especially if its the synthetic line.

I'm not sure i like it either, but right now there isn't many options .it is definitely not ideal. I'm still waiting for ditch light brackets

I have mine mounted directly to the grill, works well. I did remove the 2 small bottom ones and added 2 different ones the the upper part of the grill.

I dont have any backside grill pics, but the grill has to come off. The 20' inch light is a heretic studio, it is the thinnist light bar i could find.

The upper lights i got from amazon, ill add another pic after work of them.

The brackets come with the heretic light bar, they are full stainless steel, i used oversized washers covered with foam on either side of the grill to protect, but the bar is very stable and does not bounce.

Has anyone found the A-Pillar Ditch Light Bracket at a reasonable price? I see the 2018 and older listed everywhere for $37. The 2020 ones seem to be $100-150.

I got mine from sdhq, spent 150.00. I have not seen any cheaper so far.

I stand corrected. When you click on lighting it takes you to what I assumed was a full listing. It was a 'popular products' subset of items. There's an un-highlighted link at the top which expands the list. Thanks for the insight.

Fck lighting has some for about 100$.i ordered a set.i will report back on the quality when i get them

The sdhq are stout, they do not move once bolted in place, they attach to the hood hinge bolts.
