New here to the forum, I just recently got a 97 Ram 1500 5.2 4x4, the previous owner had issues with it and basically fired the parts cannon at it for stalling/quitting when it gets to operating temp, cold it runs great. new TPS,MAP, IAC, cap/rotor/wires/plugs and fuel pump. when i got it, it had codes for both oxygen sensors and crank shaft position sensor, i had to pull the y pipe off to get old mangled sensors off, replaced with Delphi sensors, still has code for front O2 sensor and now heater circuit P0132 AND P0135. I need to check wiring and continuity of circuits to rule out any wiring issue. I don't have a scanner to troubleshoot the truck just a basic scanner to get codes and erase. when you restart after it quits, it runs rough and have to keep foot on pedal to keep it running, I took throttle body off and cleaned it and the IAC so it was spotless, didn't help it at all, I have a new ignition coil and crank position sensor on the way for it. anybody have any idea what else to check or look for? The truck is a clean, 99% rust free truck thats worth saving/restoring Previous owner tried a different ECM and it didn't help. I also have a 98 dakota that i have had since new and it has just over 390,000 miles on it and its been a great truck and still in great shape.
