Sorry didn't mean for that to come off *******. There is a lot of info in post 1. I spent days reading through this thread a couple of months ago. Most of the bigger threads on how to add things all the steps and info gets put in the first post to kind of organize it

I read the list and did what it said but the changes didnt go through to the truck for some reason. I did the set logo on startup. Alpha obd said it did it, but no changes showed up

Each truck is different. Let it sit for 15 minutes and check again. Give it a couple of key cycles. You may have to try it again for it to take.

Also, you can check status by clicking START once, on each setting. The dialogue box will indicate the trucks status and verify if the programmed condition was set.

Like many have said, the vehicle needs to "sleep", before settings will take place.

My DRL changes took 24 hours to set.

Ram 1500 fob baseline programming is fixed with the newest version 2.1.6.8. . Tested and verified with my cheap Amazon key (keyless entry key not remote start key) in my prior post a ways back.

Too bad the erase wasn't there before I got 4 remotes programmed. . Guess my used car will have a 5th remote wandering around somewhere unknown.

You can try to change one setting at a time and let it sleep between each change, that's what I do and I have never had an issue.

Good call. In long run probably faster...slow is fast. How long do you let it sleep?

I usually will turn the key to the off position then open the door, you'll hear things slowly start shutting down, usually takes a minute or two, then will proceed with the next step

The auto dim and even memory mirrors will work with the non power fold door modules. The only difference in the power fold door modules that we have been able to find is the power fold function itself. It seems odd that they would make a completely different module just to add one feature but it appears that's what they did.

There are more pins populated for the power folding modules, that's the only noticeable difference from the outside. Its probably just a numbers game at this point, and they didn't have power fold for a couple years in the start

If you get the SRT/Performance pages to work ,make sure you post how you did it,i'd like these on my 14 Sport with the 8.4 Nav as well.My wifes 16 Challenger has them,and they are pretty damn cool to have,lol.Might be worth starting a separate thread,this one is getting way to long to keep up with.

You used to be able to Jail Break them,i have a buddy who did it on his 15 Sport,but i'm not sure if you can still jail break them now though.Kind of kicking my ass I didn't buy the same program as he did a few years ago,when they were still cheap,lol.

From what I understand once the radios went over 17.XX the Customtronix method as well as the jail break ceased to work. Only a side load method will work now if/when someone comes out with it. I thought Tazer was looking into it but I'm not sure.
