Did you turn off the front and rear fault detection circuits that are normally enabled on the led trucks? There are four of them under CBC I/O Usage:
Driver door ajar switch usage > disable
Front passenger door ajar switch usage > disable
Left rear door ajar switch usage > disable
Right rear door ajar switch usage > disable
I know it doesn’t sound right being “door ajar”, but you’ll see once you select value that they are the lamp diagnostics circuits that are normally disabled on non led light trucks.
Try setting the front turn signals and parking lights to “LED”.I replaced my Front Turn Signal bulbs to LED. My Truck is a Big Horn Harvest Edition. 2018 2500. I am getting Hyper Flash. Will i need Resistors or can I use Alpha to correct this.
Sometimes the BCM finally picks up on them. You might also be sitting at a stop light for a while with the turn signal on, and it will start to hyper flash again. So after a couple of Key cycles and doing nothing to change the settings the Turn signals now work fine without Hyper Flashing and no Bulb out message. Interesting. Will see what happens.
I spent the morning yesterday with Rick "RicksRam" and Nathan "STecoD" working on my Ram adding a bunch of cool factory options. I do have to say these guys are off the hook when it comes to adding factory options and working with the AlfaOBD program. There is no question they know there Ram's!
In a super fast two hours they did the following:
Wired and enabled fogs lights / Thanks to Mike G. “M2 mods” for the fog extension harness.
Enabled fog lights on with high beams.
Enabled console mounted CD player.
Enabled console mounted SD card reader.
Enabled "Sport" theme in EVIC cluster.
Enabled global windows down with key fob.
Installed over head console with euro map lenses and home link.
As I will be adding more factory options soon I will continue to keep posting updates with the details on the forum. Again thank you Rick and Nathan for all the hard work you have done on my Ram, I am still figuring out how to repay you guys for all your time and hard work. It was great to meet you guys for the first time yesterday and I am looking forward to us getting together soon for the next round of upgrades to my Ram.

Hill Descent Control helps this?Works just like that.... Definitely helps the 3500 roll the 40s like their stock... Doesn’t hunt for gears when pulling a goose neck up a steep grade....

Not sure how it would. Hill descent control can only be used in 4 LO, and when going less than 5mph.Hill Descent Control helps this?

Look for Cruise Feature is Present under Vehicle Config 2 to see if it is set.#2-Does anyone know what BCM settings deal with turning on Cruise Control?
