Mine came factory all blackI really wish they made an all black tow mirror with that functionality. I would really like the tilt down function but hate the chrome mirrors (and the price of course).

Nice!
Are you adding in a CD player? Or swapping the console?
It might take the night to have the changes take effect. I waited more than 20 minutes for DRL's and the fog light drop out to work. And the LED turn/park lights too. It took a day or better for the DRL to show in the settings in the Lights on the 8.4's screen.
Im wondering if maybe the wait times can be improved. Do you think pulling the negative battery terminal after we have applied all settings changes would force everything to reboot with the new configuration settings?
Did you buy your truck new? I have never seen an Express with chrome capped blinker/puddle light mirrors or any other mirror except the basic heated mirrors from the factory. If you have blinker/puddle lights in your mirrors and they are chrome capped they were most likely added by the dealer or previous owner. If you have non blinker/puddle light mirrors with the chrome cap that is something that was added aftermarket and its just a stick on cover. All that said if somehow you ended up with factory chrome capped blinker/puddle light mirrors there is a chance they are memory mirrors. You can check for sure by removing the door panel and counting the wires in the white mirror connector. If you have more than four mirrors in the white mirror connector they are memory mirrors.my express came with the chrome capped mirrors..
what are the odds that they have tilt in reverse capability?
Did you turn off the front and rear fault detection circuits that are normally enabled on the led trucks? There are four of them under CBC I/O Usage:Need some help with turn signal hyper-flash in EVIC.
Situation, truck has analogue front lights and taillights. The BCM came from a sport which had led's front and rear and projectors.
I'm getting a front and rear left turn signal bulb out warning & code. But both the left front and left rear turn signals operate normally and flash at normal speed. However the codes show up in the OBD and the 7" EVIC says there is a lamp fault for those two, and the left turn signal within the EVIC hyper-flashes.
The right front and right rear are fine, and have no codes, nor warnings and they work properly.
Since from the BCM's point of view this is a "downgrade", I'm wondering what BCM settings would be changed/involved for this. I'm sure I've got all the led items turned off, but it's always possible I've missed something, or there is a non-obvious setting.
Any advice on what settings I can check for this ? If I had to guess I would say that it is looking for canbus messages for those two lights (front and rear) and of course it is not wired for the leds.

That's what I did. Took a while to boot but it came right upIm wondering if maybe the wait times can be improved. Do you think pulling the negative battery terminal after we have applied all settings changes would force everything to reboot with the new configuration settings?
I have a 2500 and from the factory mine was set for 65 psi front and 80 psi rear. I run 55 in mine when not pulling a load so I set mine to 50 both front and rear. When changing the tire pressure threshold.. what exactly does that mean?
For example. If I set the Threshold at 28 PSI the warning will not come on until under that?
I have a friend that likes to over air when pulling his camper. So what should it be set at?

I did 14 changes on a 2016 EcoDiesel.Im wondering if maybe the wait times can be improved. Do you think pulling the negative battery terminal after we have applied all settings changes would force everything to reboot with the new configuration settings?
Jimmy07,Did you turn off the front and rear fault detection circuits that are normally enabled on the led trucks? There are four of them under CBC I/O Usage:
Driver door ajar switch usage > disable
Front passenger door ajar switch usage > disable
Left rear door ajar switch usage > disable
Right rear door ajar switch usage > disable
I know it doesn’t sound right being “door ajar”, but you’ll see once you select value that they are the lamp diagnostics circuits that are normally disabled on non led light trucks.
I got my sport mirrors working and did global down.i did the upper glove box and now trying to get light to work has anyone do this one .thanks dave
Jimmy07, Just to confirm, changing these 4 settings has resolved my issue. The turn signals flash correctly, the turn signals in the EVIC no longer hyperflash, and the bulb out messages have gone. All 4 were set to Jeep/Truck and now they are set to disabled.Did you turn off the front and rear fault detection circuits that are normally enabled on the led trucks?
