From the AlphaOBD thread....

Make a backup of your original BCM configuration before making any changes. While we have a few BCM configs to..."

I have a 2012 RAM 2500, 6.7 CTD, crew cab, 8' bed, ST package.

I need some reprogramming done and since AlphaOBD doesn't support 2012, what else do you all recommend? Yes I could search the site but there seems to be thousands of pages of programmers. I just need one good reliable recommendation so I can purchase, plug, and pray...

Thanks!

AlfaOBD actually supports back to 06 for the bcm. Other modules might not have support yet.

I have used alfaobd on my 2012 slt 2500 to so far, change tire size, change Tpms thresholds, add turn signals in mirrors, add audio controls to the steering wheel, and hopefully add fog lights soon. I would like to be able to get the mirror puddle lights working, but have yet found the setting for them.

If I’m reading this correctly, the alphaobd is NOT supported with any Apple phones?
If so,is there a similar program for us Apple users?
Thanks,

Buy an inexpensive Android tablet and then you can also use it for the Torque App for engine monitoring also.

You can use your Apple device to "view" information from the AlfaOBD but will not be able to program anything with it. I too have an iPhone but pulled my old Samsung Tablet to work with the AlfaOBD. It's a slow process, but it works!
