Alternating Headlights

I have a 2014 Ram 2500 slt and need to put in Alternating Headlights i dont have the box dodge puts in that has this feature and i dont want to run them thru my obd2 like speed turtle so ill have to go manual install

Most states outlawed alternating headlights for all but authorized vehicles years ago.
Impersonating an officer is a crime AFAIK.
