Clicking sound from wheel well

I have about 500 mi on my 2011 3500. car has a clicking sound coming from the wheel well or engine. this happens when turning left or right at low speed, hitting a bump at low speed or when putting car in reverse.

the sound was day one from the dealer and i assumed it is normal as this is a 4x4. But now I am wondering. I had not had any incidents with the vehicle. Car had over a 80 mi when sold to me. I thought it was a bit high for a new car but was explained that they brought the car from another dealer. Any thoughts? anyone?

First off welcome to Ram Forum. I do not have a heavy duty so my front end is different, but I would think that it should not be making noises like that. I would have it looked at.

The mileage and them getting it from another dealer sounds believable. My truck had 70 some miles on it when i test drove it.

Welcome to RF also bud. Far as the clicking that deff sounds odd but cant say for sure if thats normal for that truck or not.

There shouldn't be any clicking. I can't tell you what it is, but I would suggest bringing it in.

Welcome to the forum. Hope they can figure out what is causing the noise.
My truck also had 100 miles on it when I bought it, as the dealership I bought it from actually found it at another dealership and it was driven from there up to me.
