I'm gonna get some RMI25 here shortly, do I just remove some coolant from the radiator and add it?Trust it, you did a great thing here.

I still cannot believe I did that. Exactly what happens when you rush yourself and don't pause for a bit when things don't seem to fit quite right. At least he admitted to swapping the connectors to warn everyone else about the possibility.

I do wonder if somehow that snafu affected my rear windows and rear sliding window not working. The luck was in the way Ram opted to pin the connectors.
If either the alternator, or the fuel injector connector had been pinned in reverse, then the injector driver mosfet inside your PCM would have been closing the alternators battery+ to ground, about 5 times per second.
The mosfet would have probably vaporized itself on the first crank.
With 2 two wire connectors involved, and each a 50/50 shot, there was a 75/25 probability of you toasting your PCM.
As luck would have it, that connection ended up with the injector power supply connected to the alternators battery+ and the injector driver connected to the field line, which goes through a resistor and to ground anyway.
As the old saying goes: Dipped in **** and came out smelling like a rose!

I ordered a length of Mishimoto catch can hose and had it delivered here to NC, and got it installed. It fit the aluminum hose ends very well, and looks like it will hold up well

I drained the catch can that has 1161 miles on it, and this is what drained out, maybe 1oz?

Very pleased so far. Thank you, @JHoward.
I've been procrastinating on replacing my starter since I had that issue several months back. I never even changed it when I was working on the cam and lifters..... lol.
The starter had< the first hiccup on Feb. 16th of this year. See, I told you all I'm a procrastinator superb.....lol
Well, it did the click, no start again and I had to tap on it again, so I brought the New Pure Energy one I bought way back when and I will change it, since I'm flying home by myself and my wife will drive the truck back a week after me.
Damn we were warmer then you today if you guys only got 35,i seen 43 on my back thermometer this afternoon,a heat wave for us,lolWent ahead and swapped out my starter with the new one I picked up many months ago. No issues with the install, except it was 35° out.

It was already dark by the time I swapped it out, Rick. A good bit colder than it was this afternoon here in NC.Damn we were warmer then you today if you guys only got 35,i seen 43 on my back thermometer this afternoon,a heat wave for us,lol
Actually, your routing looks cleaner like that. The baffle inside of mine can be installed either way.I'm by no means an expert and I have been wrong on a number of occasions and I didn't sleep at a holiday inn express last night, but are you certain you have the hoses on your catch can routed correctly. Maybe it doesn't matter but I have seen them routed pcv valve to front port and back.port to adapter under intake.
I got two of these things, 1 on my 14 RT that is supercharged and 1 on my 24 that has got 15k on it. Both will damn near fill that type of catch can up in 3k miles. I run UPR cans and have for years. I Empty them at least one time between OCI and I'm a 5k OCI guy, running redline 5w30.
Just asking, Don't mean to be questioning or causing trouble. Maybe there is no right or wrong way. But I would have expected more in the catch can than your picture noted.
I'm happy to be wrong and defer to your expertise or instructions if you got them with the can.
Hoping I'm wrong

I came here to learn. I had ZERO experience with my Hemi, and not a whole lot more engine experience than that. You've done such a good job, and very throughly I might add, I hated to even mention it, but it looked odd, like I said, I'm not an expert but if it could make a difference I wanted to mention.
Thanks for considering

No instructions with the can, but there's really not much to them. I can use all the help I can get. The only knowldge and experience I have with my Hemi comes from right here.
Don't ever apologize for pointing something out that does not look right. I welcome the input and comments.
I do have the line from the pcv going through the strainer media. I hope that is the correct way.
I will likely switch them around to match yours (and the strainer media, too). Looks much better, IMO.
If I've done something wrong, it won't be the first time.....lol.

Friends call him dub, nice guy sticking around after he lost his ram.
