I am going to be doing a hellwig rear install on my truck .

Problem is I had to get adjustable end links ect as I have 5.5" lift in the rear

Called Hellwig and they are sending me the kit . Normal bar but different links and clevises. Going to have some fab work but I will make it work .
Said they dont normally sell kits for "lifted" trucks . Well we will see .. with the conversations with engineering I think it can be done .

Pics to follow .

Well its done and works fantastic .

And the street queen comment .. LOL
This is a off-road hunting beast .

So scrapped the links that are OEM and put on 14-16 inch adjustable links .
Had to fab up top brackets but came out great .
Took 4 hrs ... but no more rear wiggle and sway .

Besides a burn in my armpit area it went well .

Drilling the mounting pockets and being directly under falling ass hot metal shavings is not cool .

I don't believe any 2G Reg Cabs came with sway bars from the factory.
My '99 had holes for the rear sway bar, and my '00 had one.

I'm looking to make disconnects for my rear bar. It's great on the road, but it made the off pavement travel considerably more harsh. Not a fan.

Those end links are BEEFY! Holy Crap!

im really happy with mine, and im sure you are too.

and its also a awesome company, the customer service in my experience was great.

Had a problem with a u plate and one of the low clearance bolts and they sent me replacements as I was on the phone, no questions asked.
