First ding, very angry

Noticed this morning on the way to Sunday lunch, guessing it happened while I was out running errands yesterday and this morning. Of course no note was left, can't have anything nice these days. I realize its not that bad but it bothers me so I'm going to go get a quote tomorrow.

It is a shame that people don't have any respect for others property (or other people in general), cars included.

I may just fix it and buy a beater to drive around. What really blows is I was going to order a trinty on Monday and now it looks like I can't so double screwed.

I feel ya dude. Got my first ding about a month ago at chuckee cheese, and then during the snow storm a couple weeks ago, my tree dropped some branches onto my cab and dented the back edge. Going to the shop this coming week to get fixed.

Put a lift some fat tires and steel bumpers and steel side steps/quater guards and then we would see if some smart ass hits it lol ......i wont own a new truck for that reason. Mine isnt pretty but runs and drives flawlessly so why bother

This is why even with my old Ranger I refuse to park next to people. Some may think I'm a bit crazy but I downright refuse to park next to anyone. I am ALWAYS walking across parking lots to get to where I have to go. Yep, I park out in the boonies no matter where it is.

thats the worst!! I par on the street and noticed a small dent in my bumper today i was pissed because I take such care to not hit people and to park far away by my self. I put in my bull bar lights and that night somebody hit it and broke the lens cover, it sucks but people just dont care.

I now pull through the parking space so my kc's and bull bar won't be hit by some ******* pulling in nose to nose. I can't tell you how many times I have come out and people are pushed up against them. I guess cause there down lower they just dont see them. PITA!

People suck. That's your right rear bumper by the lic plate right? I didn't have park assist on my old Durango and put in scratches just like yours against a concrete wall backing into a space--now, that pissed me off!

Unless you forgot and backed into a wall which I doubt, some clown had to have backed into you. I'm guessing it was the corner of a rear bumper form the size and angle of impact. To get that angle it almost had to happen in a parking lot, not parallel parking.

I park mine at a commuter train station every workday and have to find a remote spot on the top deck--where all the other long ass pick up trucks have to park and walk the extra hundred yards to the stairs. There are times when i have to jockey back and forth three or four times to get out and clear the little speed bump cars that insist on crowding me, or park with their tiny asses in the lane.

Sorry to hear that; it's very frustrating.
I refuse to bring the truck to work because we've had people incur $1000's of dollars of damage with no note left, in our private lot. And these are people I work with!?! (we are a big company though)

ouch, i only got dings after taking my current job, the plant started construction a few months later, and took half the parking away. so us few that have nice rides are forced to park next to beaters, thus i have 2 door dings in my pass door now. asshats....ppl just dont care about there rides...

2 places both said nothing they could do for dent, would have to replace entire bumper. Both quoted around $250 just to repaint it. Looks like I will have to live with the dent
