 Welcome to RF!

Best answer for one thing with immediate impact is a tuner. Quickest relief from torque management and other factory limitations. You're off warranty, so no issues there.
Once you're tuned, if you still want more, then you can play with air and exhaust (Intake, ported TB, Headers, Cat-Back exhaust) and get a custom tune to make it all work together.

There are a lot of knowledgeable gear heads on RF (and some that are just opinionated) so I'm sure you'll get more input shortly.......

Intake, exhaust and a programmer are the three best bang for the buck mods you can do.

Since you already have the exhaust then get an intake. There are a few folks who prefer the vararam intake setup. I've used AFE and LMI in the past with good results. The basic objective here is to get one that allows you to get cold air vs. sucking hot engine heated air in from the engine bay.

Programmers - I've used various ones over the years but I have to say the DiabloSport units have been the best I've used based on loading tunes, modifying tunes and the performance results I've gotten.

If you plan on doing any more mods after and eventual want to custom tune your truck you'll want the Diablo. It's the only unit that you can do that with.

Also, don't buy a TB spacer. They are just expensive paper weights and don't help our trucks.

As for a CAI they will all be relatively the same. Alot of guys like the S&B unit because it's in an enclosed box and has the tube for down in the side away from the engine. But in the end it's all what you want to get.
