I'm upgrading gears in the near future. I'm pretty sure I have 3.55 right now and I was looking on moesperformance and they have a 4.10 and 4.56. I'm planning on running bigger tires and I was told the gear swap would help with the acceleration and maybe the mpg? But I was wondering which would be better.

How big of tires will determine what gears would be best. 4.56s would give you the best performance but would kill MPGs. The 4.10s would be a decent balance of both.

If you have a 2012, then you will have to either run the factory 4.10 gears or get your carrier machined to accept the aftermarket 4.56 gears. Nobody makes a direct fit 4.56 gear for the 2011-up trucks, so your options are limited. If you decide to have your carrier machined, reach out to Josh at Modern Performance Engineering. He is a member here as well and has done quite a few of these already.

How much would the 4.10's help with acceleration as would it help with mpg's at all?
