The coolant for these trucks has to be Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT). If you put the green stuff in it you need to take it out.
Its not going to do anything if you take it out for a little spin, but if I were you I would go tomorrow and get the proper coolant. Flush the entire system and add the proper amount of hoat coolant. These trucks are not made to run on the green stuff!
Your owners manual will tell you how much you need. I cant recall off the top of my head and I don't want to give you the wrong info. All most all your big auto stores will carry it and they can point you in the right direction on which one to purchase.
Make sure you use distilled water when you are adding to your mixture. Water out of the hose will cost you big time down the road.
